  • Kiwi
  • Aloe vera - should be relief, huh.
  • Raspberries
  • Gingers
  • Strawberries - unless they were frozen, why? Don't known.
  • Tomatoes - sometimes to keep things from getting boring.
  • Gluten (wheat flour)
  • Hops
  • Cocoa
  • Soya, Chickpeas - so I can't be vegan.
  • Multi-flower honey - From needles I can :)
  • Milk - it's not cow's milk, I don't know what they did to it. I have had it so recently that after milk I suffocate and swell up.
  • Turmeric
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom
  • Couscous
  • Recently also yogurts and gluten free pasta - another conundrum.
  • Some Alco which contain the above. E.g.
    Any vodka except Bols and Finland. I am not allergic for Malibu too.
    And sugar makes my allergies worse so I can't eat sweets either, apart from jelly beans.

Because, I needed a place for my not easy-to-compose recipes I decided to share some instead for re-writing it in my calendar and phone notes again and again. Now i Have got all needed with me and may be able to help someone cope with poor health too, I for example have one again. I will also try to post health-related information from time to time, based of course on my own experience and illnesses since 2010 in the UK. And there have been quite a few.
