To buy: 500g ground meat, 1 egg, flour, 1 potato, 1 onion, oil, oregano, basil passata, canned tomatoes, marjoram or herbes de Provence, bouillon cubes - 1 cup of poultry or vegetable bouillon needed.
To make:
1. mix minced meat with egg, finely chopped onion, season: 1 small teaspoon of salt, 1 small teaspoon of pepper, 1 large tablespoon of herbes de Provence.
2.Make small balls (3-4cm) Coat them in flour and fry in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.
3.Passata + Canned tomatoes + Oregano + Basil + Bouillon into the pot. Bring to a boil. Can be thickened - a cup of cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons of flour.
4.Add to it fried ballsi cook 20min.
Additions on the plate: Potatoes, Rice or Pasta, salad.
