To buy: sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon, gluten free wheat, yogurt or cream.
To do:
- Fry the garlic (sliced) for 5 minutes at full power, in oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes 12 cloves of garlic = 12 tablespoons of oil
- Add thyme or rosemary
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, heat for 5 min
- Add a glass of water or vegetable broth
- 8 tablespoons lemon juice, stirring add cream 30% about 300g
- Heat the whole sauce, stirring for another 5 minutes, add salt, pour 2 tablespoons of flour previously mixed with water.
- Turn off the sauce and add the basil fresh or not
Perfect with pasta or rice!
