Sun-dried tomatoes sauce with pasta or rice

To buy: sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon, gluten free wheat, yogurt or cream.
To do:
  1. Fry the garlic (sliced) for 5 minutes at full power, in oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes 12 cloves of garlic = 12 tablespoons of oil
  2. Add thyme or rosemary
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes, heat for 5 min
  4. Add a glass of water or vegetable broth
  5. 8 tablespoons lemon juice, stirring add cream 30% about 300g
  6. Heat the whole sauce, stirring for another 5 minutes, add salt, pour 2 tablespoons of flour previously mixed with water.
  7. Turn off the sauce and add the basil fresh or not

Perfect with pasta or rice!
