To buy:
Gluten free flour, kefir, eggs, apples, vanilla sugar, baking powder or soda.
To make:
- 1 cup of wheat flour - 160 g
- 1 cup of kefir - 270 g
- 2 small apples or 1 large - 300 g
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar, e.g. vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Flour 160g + 2 teaspoons baking powder and 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 warm eggs + 1 cup 250ml warm kefir (out of the fridge for a bit)
- Mix& Relax.
- Tiny sliced apples + Together with the pieces of apples, add three tablespoons of melted and cooled butter or coconut oil to the dough. Mix the dough for pies with a spoon.
- For a well-heated pan without fat - it is already in the dough, give two tablespoons of dough per one cake - with a diameter of about 10 cm. I fry the pancakes on a medium power burner. One side needs about a minute, the other side frys shorter.
